30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable.

We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

All returns for defect and all returns made after this 30-day return period must be made pursuant to the terms of Feedi's Limited Warranty.


For any indirect purchases, meaning (1) any purchases not made directly from Feedi-us.com (the “Site”) or (2) any purchases made from our authorized resellers, such as Amazon, please refer to the reseller’s return policy or contact the reseller directly. We do not accept returns for indirect purchases.

If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact Feedi Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation. Refunds will not be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Please return through your local post office to avoid tax and include your filled-out return/exchange authorization form in your return package. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds on authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of Feedi’s receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please be sure to keep your copy of the proof of delivery. If Feedi is unable to verify its receipt of the returned item, Feedi will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund on the returned unit.


EXCEPTIONS

Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.
