Why do the control buttons keep locking?
For your pet's safety, the control buttons automatically lock after 5 minutes of no operation. However, if you restart (unplug and plug in) the pet feeder, the control buttons stay unlocked for 30 minutes. To unlock, press and hold the FEED and WIFI buttons for 3 seconds.
How often do I need to change the desiccant pack?
We recommend replacing the desiccant pack every 30 days. When it's time to change the desiccant pack, the silica gel inside the pack will change from orange to green.
How often should I calibrate the feeder scale?
To ensure accuracy, you should calibrate (zero out) the feeder scale after removing the bowl or scale and after refilling the feeder tank.
